Chief Executive Officer - David Combes

David joined Prologic in 2009, bringing with him an in-depth knowledge of both the technical and management aspects of the Information Technology industry.  

Having worked in IT since the early 1980s, David has extensive experience working with both the government and private sectors in Tasmania. With a background in Information Science and Systems Engineering, David has also performed consulting and specialist roles in Sydney, Singapore and Tasmania, advising distributors in a number of countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Taiwan and Korea.

For sixteen years David performed a senior management role with complete fiscal and managerial responsibility for the company's operations within Tasmania. 

Chief Financial Officer - Scott Parnham

A CPA and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Scott has extensive experience in strategic, financial, corporate and operational management across a wide range of industries including professional services, forestry, manufacturing and aquaculture.

He brings to Prologic skills in strategic and business planning, treasury management, risk assessment and mitigation, change and personnel management.

Chief Operating Officer - Wendy Auchincloss

Wendy has worked in the Information Technology industry since the early 1980s and has extensive experience in a number of aspects of IT Management.

Wendy joined Prologic in 2006 when she returned to Hobart after being based in Melbourne for more than 15 years. She has worked in the government and private sectors in Tasmania, Victoria and Canberra. Her experience spans many industries including retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, libraries, health, community services, transport, remuneration and utilities.

Wendy's technical expertise ranges from analysis to coding to databases, and she has worked as a Project Manager on a large number of projects from small single developer projects up to very large projects critical to large national corporations. Wendy has managed outsourcing as both a client and as a supplier and has implemented process improvement and methodologies. She has also managed IT service provision (including life-critical applications) and IT service support for a very large client base.

As Chief Operating Officer Wendy is responsible for Prologic's Service Delivery.

Senior Accounts Manager - Andrew Lane

Andrew has recently joined us at Prologic, bringing with him an advanced understanding of the Tasmanian ICT Industry and the requirements of the state's private and public ICT markets.

Andrew has been involved in the IT industry for 25 years. During this time he has performed various IT roles from System Administrator to Infrastructure Manager within The Department of Health and Human Services, as well as more recently as an Accounts Manager, working within both the public and private sectors.

As Accounts Manager, Andrew will be responsible for supporting the requirements of Prologic's clients and expanding Prologic's business in Tasmania
